The village of Juvarli, which is part of the administrative territory of Fuzuli district of the Republic of Azerbaijan, is located 6 km southwest of the district center, in a flat area at the foot of the mountains. The village of Juvarli is surrounded by the territory of the villages of Chimen, Ishygly, Gargabazar, Khalafsha, and Khirmancik in the Fuzuli region. The Khalafsha-Chimen pedestrian road passing through the Ufan valley from the side of the village of Khirmancik forms the western border of the village. The Fuzuli-Jabrayil highway passes through the southeast of the village.
The total area projected for the settlement of 1697 people (425 families) in the village of Juvarli is 82.8 hectares.
In order to ensure the sustainable and technological development of the region, the application of "smart village" technologies is envisaged within the framework of Juvarli village planning. It covers various aspects of life with innovations such as solar energy, waste management, and "smart water supply."
The project work for the village will be carried out in stages. Taking into account the number of people who will live here, 28.10 ha of land has been allocated for the first stage of residential construction. In the first stage, 125 private houses will be built for the resettlement of 468 people, and all conditions will be created to ensure the employment of the population in the village of Juvarli. A total of 1,018 people are expected to be employed in cultural and entertainment centers, a number of enterprises of various purposes, economic development facilities, education, management, and agriculture.
