The new projects being implemented in the city of Irpin, Ukraine, are shaping the city’s modern development concept and are aimed at renewing social, cultural, and residential infrastructure. Within the framework of these projects, the construction of important facilities such as a Cultural Center, a Children and Youth Sports School, an Arts Center, and a residential complex is planned. This approach aims to create a modern environment that supports the social life, creativity, and healthy lifestyle of city residents.

The Cultural Center is located on a 0.22-hectare area and covers a total area of 4,898.51 m², including an underground parking facility. The Children and Youth Sports School is planned on a 0.83-hectare land plot with a total area of 4,970 m², providing broad opportunities for professional sports infrastructure.

The Arts Center project stands out with its modern architectural solution aimed at promoting creative activities. The residential complex planned in the city will be located on a 0.7-hectare area, covering more than 11,984 m² of total residential space and designed in accordance with modern living concepts.
