The liberation of the Lachin region, which is distinguished by its rich culture, favorable geographical position, and fertile land, is of particular importance to the restoration and development of the Karabakh region in all areas.

Within the framework of the long-term strategic line and planning work on the restoration of all yard, economic, and service areas at the state level, the city of Lachin is also the administrative center of the region. The presented conceptual project demonstrates the new face of the quarter, which is located in the south-western part of the city and covers an area of 16.3 ha according to the master plan solution.

It is planned to place a modern residential quarter and a sports complex serving the residents of the city on the territory. In the concept, the architectural composition of the buildings was developed taking into account its height, location, relief of the territory, demographic requirements, social, household, and sanitary features.

The infrastructure created in conjunction with the construction of transport and communication lines from the neighborhood, the landscaping of the territory, and the construction of social and public facilities is intended to provide the future population with a sustainable environment.
