The village of Namirli, which is part of the administrative territory of Aghdam district of the Republic of Azerbaijan, is located 30 km north-east of Aghdam city on the Karabakh plain. Namirli village in Aghdam district is surrounded by the following villages: Shotlanli, Gulluja, Taghibeyli, Papravand, Boyahmadli, Salahli Kangarli, Bash Garvand, Ayaq Garvand, etc. The total area projected for the settlement of 3036 people (759 families) in the village of Namirli is 210.77 hectares.
According to the project, a new modern settlement will be built in the village of Namirli, and "smart village" approaches will be applied in the architectural-planning and engineering-technological solutions of the planned residential houses and social facilities.
The project work for the village will be carried out in stages. Taking into account the number of people who will live here, 50.22 ha of land has been allocated for the first stage of the construction of residential quarters. In the first stage, 179 individual houses will be built for the resettlement of 884 people, and all conditions will be created to ensure the employment of the population in Namirli village. A total of 1,822 people are expected to be employed in cultural and entertainment centers, a number of enterprises of various purposes, economic development facilities, education, management, and agriculture.
