The village of Taghibeyli, which is part of the administrative territory of Aghdam district of the Republic of Azerbaijan, is located 20 km northeast of the district center, on the Karabakh plain. Taghibeyli village is surrounded by the territories of the following villages: Namirli, Shotlanli, Gullujeh, Paparvand, Boyehmadli, Salahli Kangarli, Bash Garvand, Ayak Garvand, etc.
The total area projected for the settlement of 3540 people (885 families) in Taghibeyli village is 255.31 hectares.
The design work for the village will be carried out in stages. Taking into account the number of people who will live here, 78.05 ha of land has been allocated for the first stage of the construction of residential quarters. In the first stage, 108 private houses will be built for the resettlement of 611 people, and all conditions will be created to ensure the employment of the population in the village of Taghibeyli. A total of 2,124 people are expected to be employed in cultural and entertainment centers, a number of enterprises of various purposes, economic development facilities, education, management, and agriculture.
According to the project, a new modern settlement will be built in the village of Taghibeyli. The construction of transport and communication lines, the greening of the area, the construction of social and public facilities, and the provision of ecologically clean energy to the village are planned to provide the population with a sustainable environment.
