The proposed area is located on the main road, which enters the city of Tarnovo from the direction of the capital Sofia, from the south to N. Gabrovsky Street. It is surrounded by Krakow Street to the east, Tarnovo College to the north, and a gym and swimming complex with a pedestrian path to the west.

 In the south-east direction, there is a non-residential building (shop) with 2 floors. The area along Nikola Gabrovsky Street is bounded by a circular road.

 The installation of the Khari Bulbul composition, one of the main symbols of Shusha, was placed near the Ring Road, where the main road from the direction of the capital Sofia enters the city of Tarnovo.

 At the same time, this element is one of the main symbols of the park and is intended as the main entrance element.

 The total area of the territory is 18 186 m².
