The design proposal for the restoration of the facades of the proposed museum building in Khankendi city aims to adapt the structure to modern requirements while preserving the architectural style of this historically significant building. The project initially involves conducting historical research on the building, particularly studying images from the 1970s and original design materials. This approach enables the maximum preservation of original architectural solutions during the facade restoration.
As a result of the research, the building's current condition, layout structure, and relationship with the surrounding environment have been assessed. Analysis of the master plan and floor plans creates conditions for carrying out restoration work that is effective not only aesthetically but also functionally.
Within the framework of the design proposal, the renewal of facade materials, restoration of architectural elements, and formation of the building's overall appearance in accordance with its historical character are planned. The goal is to transform the museum building into a sustainable cultural facility that is compatible with the urban environment and attractive to visitors.
