The facade reconstruction project for the Education, Science and Culture building in Khankendi aims to modernize the structure while preserving its functional significance as an important public facility. Within the framework of the project, the building and its surrounding area were analyzed, and the current architectural condition and its interaction with the urban environment were carefully assessed

The conceptual approach focuses on creating a facade system that is visually appealing, durable, and energy-efficient, in line with the building’s public purpose. For this reason, ceramic granite cladding and corrosion-resistant metal panels are proposed as the main exterior materials, ensuring both longevity and a contemporary architectural expression

The project aims to enhance the city silhouette, strengthen the building’s identity as a civic landmark, and create a more open and pedestrian-friendly environment. The proposed facade solution represents a balanced combination of modern aesthetics and functional design.
